A respected professional and leader in the community, involved in many of the Capital Region’s economic and business development initiatives, Tracy has a well-deserved reputation for excellence as a commercial real estate broker. As TL Metzger’s founder and Principal Broker, she has a wealth of experience that adds value to every transaction.
She has received multiple civic and business awards and is an active contributor to many not-for-profit organizations and economic development efforts in the Capital Region.
Prior to starting her own company, Tracy was Vice President for Keystone Property Trust and the Galesi Group, responsible for operational and leasing performance of 1,000,000 square feet of New York office space. She is a licensed real estate broker and has received the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the BOMA Institute.
Tracy graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Albany.

Sam has been brokering home sales in the Capital Region since 2006 having developed a reputation for strong communication and contract negotiation skills. With over 18 years experience on the residential real estate market representing buyers and sellers, Sam knows market pricing, understands the importance of timing and responsiveness, and how to position a home for sale.
To be effective in today’s real estate market, an agent must fully understand both the buyer’s financial position and the objectives of the seller to create a win-win transaction. Sam not only excels in doing this, but also goes far beyond, including helping buyers who are relocating to the Capital Region to learn their way around and make important connections in the region.
Sam studied Psychology at the University at Albany. He is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson and received the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designation in 2008
