Ms. Metzger has been active in commercial real estate in the Capital Region for almost 20 years. In early 2000, Tracy started her own brokerage and consulting business and is now ranked as one of the top brokerage companies in the Region with average annual sales of $40 million. Tracy has personally negotiated hundreds of leases and sales transactions totaling over $100,000,000.

Prior to starting her own company, Tracy was Vice President for Keystone Property Trust and the Galesi Group with the overall responsibility for the performance of their New York state portfolios consisting of 1,000,000 square feet including development, leasing and management.

Tracy received her Paralegal degree from Mount Ida College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs at the State University at Albany. She is a licensed real estate broker and has received the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the BOMA Institute.

Cheryl's primary role at TL Metzger is business development and marketing. She is the employee relocation coordinator for the residential team assisting clients with employee recruitment. As the marketing coordinator for the company, Cheryl oversees the company's internet presence and print & media advertising. In addition, she is responsible for managing and overseeing the commercial division sales activity including listings and representation of buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Her strong customer service skills ensure thaht the clients come first.
Cheryl has a Bachelors Degree in Marketing from The Fashion Institute of Technology. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent, she spent several years in retail management and marketing. Cheryl resides in Albany.

Laurie was born and raised in the Capital District and now resides in the Slingerlands area with her husband and three children. Her three sons all attend Slingerlands Elementary School. Laurie has a business degree and graduated from the State University of New York. She received her real estate license in 2003 and also received the Certified Buyer Representation(CBR) designation in October of 2003. Laurie was the sales leader for the residential division for 2006.

Born in Rochester, New York Jim has been a resident of the Capital District for over forty years. He received BS, MS and MBA degrees from SUNY Albany. Jim has worked as a mortgage analyst for the NYS Teacher's Retirement System, a financial analyst for General Electric and in various management capacities for the State University Research Foundation. He also served as Deputy Director of the Rockefeller Institute before electing to form his own company engaging in consulting for business start-up and commercial construction and real estate management.
Jim joined TL Metzger & Associates in the residential office in 2003 and has worked with single and mulit-family sales as well as rentals and relocations.
