Ms. Metzger has been active in commercial real estate in the Capital Region for more than 20 years. In early 2000, Tracy opened her own brokerage and consulting business which is now ranked as one of the top brokerage companies in the Region with average annual sales of $40 million. As Principle Broker, Tracy specializes as a Tenant/Buyer Representative and represents Landlords/Sellers in the Capital Region.
Prior to starting her own company, Tracy was Vice President for Keystone Property Trust and the Galesi Group with the overall responsibility for the operational and leasing performance of their New York state portfolio consisting of 1,000,000 square feet of office space.
Tracy received her Paralegal degree from Mount Ida College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs at the State University at Albany. She is a licensed real estate broker and has received the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the BOMA Institute.
Tracy has received a number of awards including:

In 2010, TL Metzger & Associates was acquired by HUNT Real Estate Corporation based in Buffalo, New York and Tracy was named the Senior Director of Commercial Services for the Capital Region.
