Ms. Metzger has been active in commercial real estate in the Capital Region for more than 20 years. In early 2000, Tracy opened her own brokerage and consulting business which has been ranked as one of the top brokerage
companies in the Region. As Principle Broker, Tracy specializes as a Tenant/ Buyer Representative and represents Landlords/Sellers in the Capital Region. Tracy has negotiated hundreds of leases and sales, providing her the experience needed for most any transaction.

Prior to starting her own company, Tracy was Vice President for Keystone Property Trust and the Galesi Group with the overall responsibility for the operational and leasing performance of their New York state portfolio consisting of 1,000,000 square feet of office space.

Tracy received her Paralegal degree from Mount Ida College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs at the State University at Albany. She is a licensed real estate broker and has received the designation of Real Property Administrator (RPA) from the BOMA Institute.

Mr. Critton has effectively brokered the sale of many homes in the Capital Region
by utilizing expert communication and contract negotiation skills. Samuel has
consistently increased his sales volume in each of his six years in the real estate
business. His ability to understand the needs of first time home buyers, the
investment buyer and the importance of positioning a home for sale, continues to
bring clients back.

As a broker, in order to be effective in today's real estate market you must
understand the buyers financial position and the objectives of sellers in order to
successfully close a transaction. The old saying “it must be a win-win” still holds
true. Samuel understands that he is entrusted by his clients to successfully
guide them through the process of buying and selling their home or investment
property. Many times it is so much more as he assists buyers who need to
relocate to this area by familiarizing them with the Capital Region and assisting
them with making the right "connections".

Samuel received his Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the State University at
Albany. He is a New York State licensed real estate salesperson and received
the Certified Buyer Representative (CBR) designation in 2008.

Richard J. Usas, RPA President, Preferred Solutions, LLC

Mr. Usas has over 30 years' experience in the fields of commercial real estate and economic development. He has been involved in the management, operations and development of both small and large scale projects throughout
the Northeastern United States. His background includes managing and leasing for start-up and fully operational projects; management of a large portfolio for a major international pension fund and coordination of restoration for
foreclosed and/or restored properties in both the public and private sectors. He was instrumental in the creation of a master development plan and the selection of a developer for a 300 acre state-owned office campus in Albany NY. Additionally he has participated in numerous community oriented projects to improve economic conditions in the areas of  land usage, transportation and historic preservation. He also has a strong background in developing the financial controls needed to successfully achieve strategic objectives. He has actively supported professional organizations throughout his career,
including:
